RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the merchandise is returned unopened and in its original carton or package with all parts.

At GreatGiftsAndToys.com, the shipping date is the purchase date. If an item is returned for an exchange, it will be processed as a return and a new purchase.

You will not receive credit for the original shippnig charges of the returned item and you will be required to pay shipping charges on the new product ordered.

Orders returned without any reason will be charged shipping cost and 10% restoking fees.

By submitting your purchase order, the client acknowledges, understands, and accepts these terms of agreement.
